A new self-care-oriented boutique will debut downtown, just in time for the holidays. Elements Apothecary & Vintage Boutique, the latest downtown pop-up, will be open in State College for the month of November at 236 E. Calder Way.  The apothecary boutique incorporates traditional remedies with modern products to create a shop that sells natural beauty and self-healing products. The pop-up will offer herbal teas, plant-based supplements, books, Reiki-infused candles, sage, crystals, and so much more.

In the spirit of celebrating all things beautiful, art is distributed throughout the store. Ceramics, art, textiles, clothing, and furniture! Owner Rebecca Larson and her team have put much thought and effort into the dedicated curation of their products. The shop offers a variety of items that fall into all categories: vintage, antique, new, locally, and globally made.

Larson isn’t just attentive when selecting the products, she applies the same care when choosing who makes them and how they’re made. Naturally and consciously made products are the team’s number one priority in creating and maintaining a “welcoming” environment.  Larson’s other significant initiative is supporting female creators. She works locally and globally with women to source all of the shop’s inventory.  “It feels good to work with and support women artists, herbalists, and creators,” said Larson.

Elements will be located at 236 E Calder Way through November offering open shopping hours Wednesdays through Saturdays, 11 am to 6 pm, and Sundays, 11 am to 3 pm, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day. Visit Elements to experience a new type of shop, one where your health and self-care are prioritized.
